1. Substitute water for milk for the creamiest hot cocoa. For each cup of cocoa, stir 2-3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa into 6-8 ounces hot milk.

2. Make an extra-special DIY hot cocoa board with chocolate-covered spoons, straws and stirrers. Have guests put caramel stroopwafels on top of their mugs for a few minutes to make the caramel extra gooey. Don't forget the marshmallows!
