Peppermint Prosecco Cocktail Recipe

Nothing says “celebration” quite like bubbly. Add a peppermint punch and you’ll be ready for a full-on holiday party.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 oz vodka or gin
  • 2 oz Torani Sugar Free Peppermint Syrup
  • 1/2 oz creme de menthe
  • Freixenet Prosecco for topping

Directions

Step 1

Place an egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake until foamy, about 5 minutes, or use a frother to whip.

Step 2

Add in vodka or gin, peppermint syrup and creme de menthe. Top shaker with ice, cover and shake until the whole shaker is frosty.

Step 3

Pour into a coup glass and top with prosecco.

Step 4

Serve with holiday-inspired dishes, brunch boards and other seasonal sips for festive fun with friends and family.
