Becoming A Member

The World Market Rewards program is free, and signing up only takes a few minutes. There are three ways to enroll:

1. Online: Visit WorldMarket.com/Rewards click "Join Now" and follow the instructions to enroll.

2. In-store: Sign up at any of our stores by simply creating a 10-digit Member ID and providing a working email address. You can then create your online profile at WorldMarket.com/Rewards by clicking "Sign In" and signing in with the email address you used to sign up for World Market Rewards program and your Member ID.

3. In-store: Text to enroll, you may text a store's JOIN code to 95730 to enroll in World Market Rewards.

No. It's fast, easy and free. There is no fee to join and no ongoing membership fee.
World Market Rewards is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) at least 18 years of age who provide and maintain a working email address.
To access to all of the World Market Rewards program benefits, you must sign in at WorldMarket.com/Rewards by providing the email address you used to sign up for the World Market Rewards program and your 10-digit Member ID, and then complete your online profile by providing information including your 10-digit Member ID, a working email address, phone number and mailing address. In order to receive notification of Reward coupons, members must opt in to receive emails from World Market or join our Text message program.

If you would like to get enrolled in the mobile texting program so you can start receiving text notifications of Rewards, coupons or other promotions, please do the following:

1. Using your mobile phone, text REWARDS to 95730 to join the program.
2. Reply with your Member ID.
3. You will receive a message asking you to reply with Y to confirm your enrollment and agree to receive automated marketing messages from World Market.
4. After replying Y, you will receive a final message confirming you are opted in.
5. To access your Mobile Coupon Book from your phone, just click on the link in the message.

Managing Your Member ID And Profile

Your 10-digit Member ID is created when you enroll either at the store or online at WorldMarket.com/Rewards. It can also be found on the Account Home page once you sign in at WorldMarket.com/Rewards.
Yes, you can select any 10-digit number as your Member ID, as long as it is not already in use.
You enter your 10-digit Member ID during the checkout process in store or online. By using your Member ID every time you make a purchase, we can track your eligible purchases so you can earn Rewards. You must enter your World Market Rewards Member ID at checkout to receive Points for purchases. Your Member ID may also be required to redeem World Market Rewards, coupons and offers.

Yes, you may consolidate two or more Member IDs into one. Email us at customercare@worldmarket.com for help with Member ID requests.
Sign in to your account at WorldMarket.com/Rewards and select My Information. From My Information you can update your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and password.

The Forgot Password link is below. This should allow you to create a new password and sign in.

1. Enter your World Market Rewards email address.
2. Click the REQUEST RESET button.
3. You will then receive a confirmation that a Password Reset link was sent to the email address on file. Please act on that email right away.

If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check for the password reset email in your spam/junk mail folder.

The World Market customer portal allows members to update their account at their leisure when demographic information changes.

1. Click the SIGN IN / JOIN button on the upper right of the screen.
2. Enter your email address associated with your WMR account and your password.
3. Once logged in you can click the Edit button in the My Information box to update information like your mailing address, phone number and email address.

Getting & Using Rewards

Yes, all eligible in-store and online purchases count toward Shopper Rewards. You earn $5 in Shopper Rewards for every 500 Points you earn. $1 of eligible spend = 5 Points. You'll receive an email when a Shopper Reward has been issued to you. In addition, Shopper Rewards can be found in your online account after you sign in at WorldMarket.com/Rewards under My Rewards or can be delivered via Text message program if you are signed up for the World Market Rewards text message program.
You must enter your World Market Rewards Member ID at checkout to receive Points for your purchases. Points cannot be given for prior purchases or retroactively if your Member ID is not entered at time of purchase. Please allow up to 72 hours after your in-store purchase for your Points balance to be updated on your World Market Rewards homepage. You must sign in to access your Account.

You can sign in using the email address you signed up for the World Market Rewards program with and your 10-digit Member ID. In addition, you can enroll in our text message program and you will receive your Shopper Rewards via text message. You must also be opted in to receive emails from World Market in order to receive Reward notifications via email.

It's possible that the notification email landed in your Spam folder. Please make sure to add WorldMarket@email.worldmarket.com to your address book. You need to be opted in to receive emails from us to receive Reward notifications. You can manage your email opt-in preference by signing in to WorldMarket.com/Rewards and going to the "eMail Preferences" tab. Unfortunately, we cannot reissue the Reward after it has expired.
Yes, your Rewards can be used for online purchases. Rewards are subject to the exclusions as stated on the Reward offer, and are also posted in your account at WorldMarket.com/Rewards. In order to redeem your Reward, you must enter your Member ID and apply the Reward to your cart. To apply your Rewards at online checkout, sign in to your World Market Rewards account at WorldMarket.com/Rewards, navigate to the "My Rewards" page and apply your Rewards to your cart.

No, a Reward can only be used once. If you return or exchange an item, you forfeit any Reward(s) that you used for that purchase and your Points balance will not be re-credited.

Shopper Rewards

Members are rewarded for nearly all of their in-store and online merchandise purchases. Alcohol, gift cards, discounts, taxes, shipping and other fees are currently excluded. A $5 Shopper Reward coupon will be issued for every $100 in qualifying purchases.
There is no limit to how many Shopper Rewards a Member can earn.
No. Any eligible purchase will add to your Points balance.
Your Points balance will not expire as long as you make an eligible purchase within 18 months.
Shopper Rewards are valid for 60 days from the date issued.
Your Shopper Reward eligible Points will be in a "Pending" status for 7 days from the in-store purchase or online shipment date. Pending Points becomes Posted Points on the 8th day after your in-store purchase or online shipment date. Posted Points is added to your Points balance and counts towards the issuance of your next Shopper Reward.

All Reward coupons will be issued online. When a Reward coupon is issued, we will send you notification via email letting you know that your Reward coupon is available; if you are enrolled in our text message program you will also receive your Reward coupons via text message. Text Message Program For World Market Rewards

You can sign up for our Text Rewards program through worldmarket.com or via your mobile device. To sign up online, simply visit WorldMarket.com/Rewards to start your journey. To sign up to receive your Rewards and more via your mobile device, simply text REWARDS to 95730. You'll then be prompted to reply with your 10-digit World Market Rewards Member ID to verify that you are eligible to enroll in the program.
After you opt in, you'll receive a Reward for a discount off your next purchase, delivered directly to your mobile device. Then, you'll start to receive your Rewards directly to your mobile device, making it easier than ever to access and use your Rewards. You'll also receive mobile-exclusive offers, as well as alerts about sales and brand events. Lastly, you can view all Rewards available to you at any time by texting COUPONS to 95730.
Text message program is available to all members of the World Market Rewards program. If you're not currently a Member, you can join today, for free! The World Market Rewards program is open to U.S. residents (excl. Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) at least 18 years of age who provide and maintain a working email address and complete an enrollment profile. Within 30–45 minutes of enrollment in the World Market Rewards program, you can sign up for the text message program.
You can view your enrolled Text Rewards program phone number by signing in to your online account at WorldMarket.com/Rewards. Once you are signed in to your account, you can view your enrolled Text Rewards program phone number listed under Communication Preferences on your My Account page.
Yes. You can do this by signing in to your online account at WorldMarket.com/Rewards. Once you are signed in to your account, you can update your phone number under Communication Preferences on your My Account page by opting out your previous phone number and enrolling your new phone number. You can also update the phone number linked to your Text Rewards by texting STOP to 95730 from your previously enrolled phone number, and then texting REWARDS to 95730 via the mobile device with the new number you'd like to enroll.
No. Every mobile device can only enroll one Member ID. In addition, in order to maximize your spend and earn more Rewards, we recommend consolidating your Member IDs into one membership account. Email us at customercare@worldmarket.com for assistance.
No. Each World Market Rewards account can only have one mobile phone number associated with it.
You can opt out at any time by signing in to your online account at WorldMarket.com/Rewards and updating your enrollment status under Communication Preferences on your My Account page. You can also opt out at any time by texting STOP to 95730. You will receive one additional message confirming that your opt-out has been processed.
Unfortunately we do not currently support non-U.S. cell phone numbers. You are still eligible to participate in the World Market Rewards program and can access your Rewards online at WorldMarket.com/Rewards as well as receive them via email.
