Elderflower Pomegranate French 75 Cocktail Recipe
This event-ready cocktail is festive enough for New Year’s—and delicious enough that you’ll want to serve it all year.

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz Monin elderflower syrup
- 3/4 oz unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz Cavicchioli 1928 Prosecco (or champagne)
- Fresh thyme and pomegranate arils, for garnish (optional)
- Ice
Directions
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, elderflower syrup, pomegranate juice and lemon juice.
Step 2
Add ice and shake for about 30 seconds, or until the outside of the cocktail shaker is frosty. Strain into a champagne glass.
Step 3
Top with prosecco or champagne. Garnish cocktails with thyme and pomegranate arils.
