Ingredients
- 4 cups lightly crushed or broken up pretzels
- 1 cup Biscoff Cookie Butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate wafers
- 36 Cadbury Mini Eggs
- sprinkles, optional
Directions
Step 1
You can complete this step on the stove or in the microwave. Put the cookie butter and milk chocolate wafers in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring, until completely melted. Or combine in a microwave-safe bowl, then microwave in 30-second increments, stirring vigorously in between.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the melted mixture with the broken pretzels and mix well.
Step 3
Using a silicone muffin pan, fill each spot with a spoonful of the pretzel mixture.
Step 4
Make a small indent in each cookie to create the nest look. Use a rounded spoon like a tablespoon to make the indent.
Step 5
Place 3 or 4 Cadbury mini eggs in each nest. Add sprinkles if desired.
Step 6
Chill in the refrigerator approximately 30 minutes or until nests feel firm.
Step 7
Use a butter knife around the outer edge of the nests and carefully remove. If using a silicone muffin pan, gently press on the bottom to pop them out.
Step 8
Enjoy! Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
