Strawberry Basil Momosa Recipe
Delight Mom (and everyone, really) with a sparkling brunch cocktail that makes the most of strawberry season.

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 cups strawberries
1/4 cup agave
4 fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup Sparkling Strawberry Basil French Soda
1 750 ml bottle champagne or prosecco
1. Cut the tops off the strawberries and toss them in a blender with the orange juice and basil leaves. Blend until smooth.
2. Add the strawberry puree and agave to a large pitcher and stir.
3. Add the champagne or prosecco and the soda to the pitcher and stir.
4. Serve in champagne flutes and garnish with strawberries.
