Ingredients
- 1 package Urban Slicer Neapolitan Style Pizza Dough Mix
- 1/2 cup Bianco Dinapoli Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 tsp World Market® Organic Oregano
- 1 1/2 cups shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Zoe's Sliced Uncured Pepperoni (about 20 slices)
- 1/2 cup Mezzetta Sliced Hot Jalapeños
- 1/2 cup sliced Castellino Grilled Peppers
- Mike’s Hot Honey, for drizzling
- Urban Slicer Red Mojo Pizza Seasoning, for sprinkling
- Flour, for dusting
Directions
Step 1
Prepare the Urban Slicer Neapolitan Style Pizza Dough Mix according to package directions. Note: The pizza dough will need between 2–4 hours of rising time.
Step 2
Preheat the Ooni Fyra 12 Portable Wood Pellet Outdoor Pizza Oven to about 950°F.
Step 3
Once the dough has doubled in size (between 2-4 hours), generously dust a pizza peel with flour. Stretch one ball of dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on the prepared pizza peel.
Step 4
Using a large spoon, evenly spread 1/4 cup crushed tomatoes on the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border for the crust. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of oregano over crushed tomatoes.
Step 5
Top pizza with 3/4 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup pepperoni, 1/4 cup jalapeños and 1/4 cup grilled peppers.
Step 6
Carefully slide the pizza off the peel and into the pizza oven. Cook for 1 1/2-2 minutes, rotating the pizza halfway through until the cheese is melted and the dough has a light char on the bottom.
Step 7
Remove the pizza from the oven and place on a serving tray. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with Urban Slicer Red Mojo Pizza Seasoning.
Step 8
Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 2 pies. Slice and enjoy!
