Still family owned and with a range of flavor profiles, this blood-orange, dark-chocolate variety is made to a rich and zingy recipe. It features an exceptionally flavored, orange-infused caramel with a hint of rosemary, paired with 60% dark chocolate, and finished off with a sprinkling of cocoa nibs.
