Lathe-spun of aluminized steel with a nonstick coating, tall curved sides and a flat base, the Nordic Ware 10-inch wok cooks quickly and evenly every time. Its durable construction offers excellent heat retention and its riveted handle gives you firm control as you're searing meats, sauteing veggies and stir-frying noodles or rice. A premium wok to learn on, its nonstick finish is more forgiving while you're perfecting your stir-frying technique.

  • Avoid using metal utensils to preserve nonstick coating; safe for use with plastic, rubber or wooden utensils
