Delicately seasoned with sugar and salt, this rice vinegar from Nishiki is a quick and easy way to add traditional flavoring to sushi rice. Imported from Japan, where the mildly acidic and slightly sweet condiment it's also used for marinating raw vegetables, try it as a salad dressing with a drizzle of olive oil or as a finishing touch for grilled chicken and fish.
