Product Overview
This traditional pan was developed for the cooking of paella, a food widely regarded as Spain's national dish. This 15-inch beauty is crafted of carbon steel, which requires a little extra care and seasoning to ensure a long life. With a wide, shallow metal bowl and classic red handles, it's a terrific kitchen tool for a variety of dishes, from stews to searing meat.
  • Crafted of carbon steel
  • Before first use, boil water in pan, wash with soap and water and dry immediately
  • After first use, hand wash only and dry immediately; never air dry
  • Rub with light coat of vegetable oil after every wash to keep pan seasoned and prevent rusting; slight staining may occur over time and is normal
