  • 230°F to 761°F temperature range
  • For best results, preheat pizza stone for 10-15 minutes before grilling
  • Turn down temperature and keep grill lid open between pizzas to prevent overheating
  • Do not sprinkle flour or oil directly onto hot pizza stone
  • Always use oven mitts or glove when handling hot surfaces
  • Scrape pizza stone immediately after each use to minimize smoke from burnt-on debris; scraping will not damage stone
  • Pizza stone will become seasoned with use; any discoloration is normal
  • Allow grill to cool completely before cleaning
  • Wipe exterior clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately
