Ours is crafted of hammered aluminum for quick and efficient heat conduction, with a side pour spout for convenience and a comfortable wooden handle for easy maneuvering. Use this affordable pot to cook ramen, soba, udon and a variety of other Asian noodle soups.
- Crafted of hammered aluminum with wood handle and stainless steel body
- Before first use, fill pot with water and 1/2 cup vegetable peelings; boil over high heat for 15 minutes to prevent discoloration
- Some discoloration over time is normal - to remove, fill pot with water and 1/2 a lemon, thinly sliced; boil over high heat for 15 minutes, then clean with sponge
