Island Mango Mai Tai Recipe
Add a tropical treat to your summer menu with a twist on the classic Mai Tai! Mango and pineapple give this drink a delicious island vibe.

1 oz light rum or coconut rum
1 oz spiced rum
1/2 oz Cointreau or orange Curacao
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz Ceres mango puree
2 oz orange juice
splash of lime juice
splash of grenadine
sliced pineapple, maraschino cherry for garnish
1. Add rum, Cointreau, pineapple juice, mango puree, orange juice and lime juice to cocktail shaker and shake.
2. Strain drink into your glass, over ice.
3. Slowly pour grenadine over the top to achieve gradient effect.
4. Garnish with pineapple chunk and maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
