Overnight Oats Recipe
Who knew that making a nutritious breakfast is as easy as putting oats, milk, and spices in a jar and letting it sit overnight? We did, and here's how.

1/2 cup steel cut or rolled oats
1/2 - 3/4 cup milk or unsweetened milk alternative of choice
2 tbsp plain yogurt
2-3 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Optional toppings: Fresh strawberries, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, almond butter, coconut chips, chopped chocolate, almonds, etc.
1. Place all the ingredients in a jar, mix well, and seal tightly. Place the jar in the refrigerator and let sit overnight.
2. Once ready, taste and add any additional sweetener or milk if needed. Top oats with fruits or other toppings and enjoy!
