New Year's Eve Truffle Parmesan Popcorn Recipe
Start the new year with a flavor-filled treat! Freshly popped corn is elevated with the addition of aromatic truffle and Parmesan.

3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup popcorn kernels
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Giuliani Tartufi Truffle Powder
1/2 tsp Giuliani Tartufi White Truffle Oil
freshly ground pepper
Tip: We used the wonderful Whirley Pop for this recipe, but you can pop your kernels any way you choose and follow the directions starting with Step 4.
1. Add vegetable oil and popcorn to your Whirley Pop.
2. Place popper over medium-high heat. Hold the wooden handle with one hand to stabilize the popper and turn the crank with your other hand.
3. Pay attention to the popping sounds and resistance you feel while turning the crank. When popping slows and you feel resistance when you turn, remove popper from the stove and set on a cool burner.
4. Transfer popcorn to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, Parmesan, truffle powder, truffle oil, salt and pepper, tossing to coat. Enjoy!
