Total Time: 50 min.
1 large loaf ciabatta bread
1 container Castellino Grilled Peppers
1 container Castellino Grilled Champignon Mushrooms
1 container Castellino Grilled Artichokes
1 tbsp. Fior de Maiella Pizza Seasoning
3/4 lb. thinly sliced provolone cheese
2 packages Olli Genoa Salami
1 jar Braswell's Rosemary Tomato Pizza Sauce, warmed
optional: fresh basil for garnish
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Place bread on a baking sheet. Using a serrated knife, cut a 1" border around bread. Use your hands to remove the top of the bread, hollowing out the inside.
2. Drain peppers, mushrooms and artichokes, reserving the oil. Roughly chop antipasti vegetables, and season with half the Pizza Seasoning.
3. Line the bottom and sides of the bread boat with 1/3 of the cheese. Top with 1/3 of the salami and 1/2 of the antipasti mixture. Repeat 2 more times, letting the cheese overlap on crust, finishing with a layer of the antipasti.
4. Brush a little of the reserved oil on the outside of bread and drizzle a little on top of antipasti. Sprinkle with remaining Pizza Seasoning. Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with basil (if using). Serve slices with warm Rosemary Tomato Pizza Sauce for dipping.
Tip: You can assemble the bread through step 3 up to one day in advance. Keep well-wrapped in the refrigerator. When you're ready to bake, continue to step 4.
