Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe

8 oz. block of cream cheese
10.5 oz. jar World Market® Pumpkin Caramel Butter
2 large eggs
9 in. pre-made graham cracker crust
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy on a medium speed setting of an electric mixer. Add pumpkin butter and continue mixing until smoothly blended.
2. Reduce speed to a low setting and add eggs, one at a time, mixing smoothly after each addition.
3. Fill crust and bake in the center of a preheated 350 degree F oven for 40 minutes or until edges are golden and center is almost set.
4. Cool well, then cover and chill before serving. Top with whipped cream if you like and enjoy!
