Christmas Brunch Spiced Tea Punch Recipe

With flavors of cranberry, orange, cardamom and ginger, this spiced punch is an elegant centerpiece for a memorable Christmas brunch.

Ingredients

1 small navel orange, quartered and thinly sliced

1/2 cup fresh cranberries

3 bags Republic of Tea Countdown to Christmas Cardamom Tea

1 bottle Bundaberg Spiced Ginger Beer

12 oz. sparkling apple juice or cider

Cinnamon stick for garnish

Directions

To make ice cubes:

1. Divide orange slices and cranberries into an ice tray or molds. Cover with water and freeze overnight.

To make iced tea:

1. Add the tea bags to a pitcher or jar and top with 2 cups cold water. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 8 hours). The next day, remove tea bags.

2. In a punch bowl or pitcher, combine iced tea, ginger beer and apple juice. Stir gently.

3. Add ice cubes, cinnamon sticks and enjoy!
