Botanical Nasturtium Negroni Cocktail Recipe

A spin on the classic Negroni, this recipe adds an herbaceous bite with the addition of easy-grow, edible flowers.

2-3 fresh nasturtium leaves

1 1/2 oz gin

1 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc

1/2 oz Suze Liqueur

nasturtium blooms and leaves for garnish


1. Place nasturtium leaves into a cocktail shaker and muddle.

2. Fill with ice and add spirits, shake well and strain into a short cocktail glass over a large sphere ice cube.

3. Garnish with a nasturtium bloom and leaves!
