Treat Yourself to an Italian Epicurean Adventure: Northern Italy

Italy is a culinary wonderland. An essential component of any Italian adventure is popping into one of their many small markets, filling your basket with fresh cheese, bread, cured meats, fruits, olives and chocolates, and heading to an ancient piazza or park to dine in the open air. When our travels found us wandering through an authentic Italian mercato, replete with delizioso Italian delicacies, we were inspired to recreate the experience in our stores. Discover our Italian Mercato, where an authentic Italian epicurean experience awaits.

Nosh from the North

When you travel through the top part of the boot, you’ll discover an array of rich flavors, each one more decadent than the next. We couldn’t leave without acquiring our favorites like Quaranta Nougat Sticks in Almond, Pistachio or Hazelnut from the city of Caravaggio, Caffarel Nocciolotto Bars from Turin, Mutti Tomato Paste (the only base for sauces you’ll ever use again) from Parma, Gianduiotti Chocolates, a delicacy of Turin, and Illy espresso all the way from Trieste (and a must-have in your Italian-inspired pantry.).

Ready to head south? Discover more from our Italian Mercato.

I really love the Italian Mercato and have already been twice. Great product selection. Being Italian myself, I have to say, we don’t “nosh.” We “mangiare!”
