Begin your Greek-themed Easter spread with a refreshing Greek salad! You can cut the lettuce into wedges a day before and keep them well wrapped in the fridge. You can slice the vegetables and olives, and crumble the feta, and keep those in the fridge for a day or so as well. Assemble just before serving.

The dressing gets creaminess from the mayonnaise and tanginess from the buttermilk and red wine vinegar. You can make the dressing up to 2 days ahead of time, and keep it in a container in the refrigerator.
