Bolognese Sauce Recipe - Discover, a blog by World Market

Many traditional Bolognese sauces are simmered for hours, but this one just needs a short time on the stove. If you can make it a day or two ahead of time, up through Step 2, and then reheat it over low heat and add the milk and cheese just before serving, you will be very happy with the depth of flavor.

    This recipe came out nicely. Enjoying every bite. I would suggest telling how much olive oil is needed in the ingredients section, especially if you are not a cook. Otherwise very nice.
