A Creative Kid’s Work Nook
We love what Honey We’re Home blogger Megan did in her son’s room. Instead of opting for a low-profile plastic table he’ll soon outgrow, she placed a red Josephine Desk in a tight corner that will grow with her son, and personalized the desk by dipping the legs in gold spray paint and adding washi tape trim. The DIY project is a brilliant idea, and an affordable one, too.
The overall space looks stylish yet playful, and creates a nook where creativity can flourish: flashcards, crayons, coloring books, and other school and craft supplies are all within arm’s reach. The table is perfect for coloring and ‘quiet time’ for the little dude, don’t you think?
