Body: Creates a rich, medium-bodied brew very quickly and easily, no filter required.
Grind: Use coarsely ground coffee beans
– Add grounds to vessel (about 10–12g for every 100–120g of water)
– Add hot water, covering grounds evenly
– Wait four minutes before stirring (although some swear by 5 minutes or 7 minutes!)
– Gently plunge
– Hold plunger down while pouring
