Decorate with Intention: 4 Ways to Maximize a Small Space

We love that everyone’s talking about designing with intention. It’s what we’ve been doing for decades. We know that a thoughtfully curated space creates a look and feel that’s uniquely you, and allows you to relax and rejuvenate in your own personal oasis. Pick and choose only your most beloved items to keep close at hand, and watch your home—and your mood—transform.

Take up the Mantel

Take down the TV and utilize the space over your fireplace to showcase your cherished pieces. A collection of travel treasures, framed photos and art becomes a focal point, and puts your favorite finds front and center.

Shelf Help

Hang beautiful shelves to show off books, plants and decor items at eye level throughout your home. Keeping beloved items within your view creates joy in every room.

Notch Up the Neutral

If your furniture trends toward neutral, adding pops of color and pretty patterns can add fresh perspective. Ideally, you can change your look with the seasons or your mood, all with some throw pillows.

Consider the white coupe plates and shallow bowls hung on an accent wall for a clean simple look. Have done this in the past and it brought a lot of conversation and interest.
