So yummy! I used to buy another brand at another store, but it was discontinued so I tried this brand. I was really worried it wouldn't be as good, but it turned out it was even better! It is a little less sweet than the other brand, which I really am glad about. This is absolutely delicious and I love making egg white omelets with this as the filler! Great with crackers, on toast, on chicken, etc. I could eat it by the spoonful if I let myself! January 7, 2015
GOOD VEGETARIAN PRODUCT, THAT'S GOOD FOR YOU ! Same product you can buy at the Euro-Deli stores in Richardson and Plano, TX, but it'll cost you $ 1.50 more there. It's the same very product though. Made in Bulgaria. I love it with some cheese on buttered crusted french bread and caviar on the side. It makes a meal for me. JUST WISH, THAT "WORLD MARKET" CARRIED SAME BRAND " IKRA ZUCCHINI SPREAD, THAT IS JUST AS GOOD AND EVEN MILDER, THAN EGGPLANT ONE, , has vitamin A and less tomato paste. May 29, 2014
Best tasting eggplant caviar This eggplant caviar tastes the best of all available brands- the taste is as I remember it from childhood in Russia when it was a part of every celebration meal. You can eat it as a side dish or as a brushetta topping, pasta topping or any other way you like. December 12, 2013
Versatile I love eggplants, I love sandwiches and I love this stuff. It’s so versatile. I use it as a sandwich spread and a more interesting substitute for a slice of tomato. It's also a nice addition to run-of-the-mill pasta sauce. It’s good cold or heated and has become one of my kitchen staples. November 16, 2013
