Yorkshire Gold Tea, 40-Count 5 5 3 3
Yorkshire Gold is a GREAT tea; Other Yorkshire teas by Taylors of Harrogate Not as Good Taylors of Harrogate makes amazing teas and its Yorkshire teas typically are blends of Assam (India) tea leaves with African teas - and in the Gold tea brand - the leaves are from Rwanda and the East African highlands - and picked at the peak of the season. This is a great, smooth and rich tea and I love it more than any other Taylors of Harrogate/Yorkshire teas. I am not a big fan of many of the other teas that World Market carries - as I don't like the Irish breakfast teas & PGTips - they are a bit too strong and lack the lighter taste that equator based African tea leaves or Keemum (China) typically add. So, when I saw that World Market had only Yorkshire's red label tea this weekend, I had to write a review to say that there IS a difference! Yorkshire Gold is a better tea and I really hope that World Market continues to sell this particular blend. It is really a fabulous blend - and yields a great morning "pick-me-up" taste! Good! I ordered three different brands of Breakfast teas a few weeks ago and this one was among them. Yorkshire Gold is slightly more bitter than the other two I tried, but it still tastes great! I really enjoy it! February 1, 2013
Superb Quality Blend, Excellent Value Yorkshire Gold contains 50% more tea per bag (3gms vs 2gms)than most American teas and easily makes a full-bodied yet smooth 12 oz mug to start your day or get things back in focus when at work. Easily stands up to milk and sugar with no loss of flavor. Recommended brewing time 2-3 minutes. Warning: may become an indispensable part of your life. June 5, 2012
