Rated 5 out of 5 by SF Foodie Really Yummy! I've been looking for a chunkier cous cous and this fits the bill. This is so easy to prepare and it tastes great! Instead of water I use chicken broth and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. I let it simmer for an extra minute or two as I find 10 mins doesn't cook the cous cous all the way through. Mix it with cucumbers, tomatoes, lime juice, dill, and a pinch of salt to make a great summer salad! June 5, 2012
