Like the dark chocolate/coconut Laceys, these are a chewy, delicious cross between a candy and a cookie. These taste very much like the roca-type toffee candy and are absolutely decadent and addicting.

I do not normally have a sweet tooth, but my husband does so I picked these up for him on a whim. I have since on return trips put them in my cart for myself. One for him, one for me. :)
The flavor is rich, the texture is not too crispy like some lacey cookies can be. Just a delicious, well made product. They are generously sized, one cookie at a time is plenty! I sometimes even break one in half if I just need a little treat.
We happened to be near WM yesterday so we ran in for some cookies and some coffee. Had a bonding moment with the woman in line in front of us who had also come in to stock up on these!

I LOVE THESE. They are my favourite cookie. Theyre so good and are good quality ingredients. My only complaint is sometimes they arent very fresh and the cookies arent crisp cause the toffee softens. But theyre still addictive and I think about them often.
