Rated 4 out of 5 by Frustrating Missing parts While we love the table and bench, the table came in a box with corners ripped. I opened it while the delivery guy was still here. Bolts fell out as I was checking the corners of the table to be sure they weren't damaged. It was too heavy for me to remove it from the box and check it myself. There were empty ziploks in the box that the bolts were probably once in as though someone had started to put it together or actually had it together at one time. My issue is that there was a missing bolt. So we have a lot of money tied up in a table and bench that look nice but are not securely put together. Hubby immediately went to hardware store, but they didn't sell bolts that big. It has been 10 days and three contacts with customer service. But no one has contacted me about the missing bolt. They are calling it a replacement bolt as though I lost it. I have a hard time believing it takes ten days to either locate a bolt or send one out of another box. Frustrated!! The table is awesome, but insecurely assembled, not so awesome. March 30, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cheermom So far impressed We bought this table with a coupon so the value was better than regular retail. We just got it home and really liked the heavy feel of the overall table. However, like the other reviewer wrote, I would not put this in direct contact with outside elements. This table is wood coated with a grey finish. I do not believe it would hold up to rain or direct sun. We have it outside under our fully enclosed roof by the pool. We are hopeful it will hold up in this situation. It is beautiful lending its contemporary farmhouse feel to the patio. March 21, 2015

I purchased the product 4/6/2014 (less than 1 year ago) and it has already warped, split at some of the seams, and the finish has peeled off. I live in Charlotte, NC with relatively mild temperatures and the San Paolo Dining Set has not held up. While the finish could be sanded down and re-stained/painted, this will not help the warping or splitting. I have submitted an email request to see what can be done, but overall very disappointed in the quality and would NOT recommend for outdoor use. The weight and appearance of the dining set are great, but does not make up for having to replace in less than a year. Would recommend for indoor use only. March 15, 2015
