This is a great bench--strong, sturdy, and looks nice. It's also pretty long. It's a little darker than expected. It's also a little more grey in hue than expected--kinda of giving it a dry, more raw look, but I actually like that, so it works for me. Easy to assemble.

Bought this to put in the nearby neighborhood park. Just as the other reviewers say, it is easy to put together. I also liked the finish a lot. We cemented it to anchors inserted into the ground in the park and it has been sitting out there for several months now. It's totally fine in the rain and sun. Since it didn't say it was an outdoor bench I was a little skeptical it would survive at all but it has been doing great.
Recommend it.

This bench is a terrific value. It is real wood all the way through. It is sturdy, chunky and has a beautiful medium finish with grey/brown hints. It is not lightweight and wimpy. It was super easy to put together, just a few bolts and a provided wrench. I used gorilla glue as well just for added strength to prevent any potential creaking. Not necessary, just how I roll.
It is the correct height for a dining table. No cushions are needed. It is very very nice. You really cannot go wrong. We purchased them for our daughter's new condo. She is 26. She is using two of them with a dining table I purchased from the Salvation Army and refinished. Her end chairs are padded and studded. It all looks really great and current. Thank you World Market.

very easy to put together (my 5 year old helped); very sturdy and there are exactly as I hoped they would be...I bought 2 to put together as a coffee table with cushions and poufs all around
