I had been watching this chair and called immediately when it went on sale. It is well-made and beautiful. We had to assemble it which was fine except that there weren't enough allen bolts. Every other item I have had to assemble had additional bolts or screws. This one didn't and one extra was sorely needed because one of the allen bolts was stripped. Without any other one to use, we are still trying to work it out. However, I would not hesitate to buy it again.

I love this chair! It fits perfectly in our patio, easy to put together, and very made. The cushions are firm, I find this to be more comfortable than softer cushions. Also, the white upholstery is very easy to spot clean ( I have a two year old and have already had multiple spills).

We bought 4 chairs and 1 bench this weekend with the 25% off discount. It took some time to put these items together because it uses those small hexagon screws and you have to use the tiny metal screwdrivers (Allen wrench) that are included. We didn't have a drill bit that would fit that type of screw. That being said, it wasn't the worst experience ever.
We love the look on our back porch. We live in Texas and we wanted something that would be a hard hiding place for spiders. There are slats all around (even under the cushions) so that spideys won't get too comfy.
I wish it came in other colors b/c I think keeping the white clean outdoors may be a problem, but the slipcovers do remove so they could be washed.
Someone asked about the comfort. The cushions are firm, but I think they'll give over time. I wish the cushions were a bit more "cushiony", but they are still very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate it that's your concern.

We were in the market for new patio chairs since our old ones needed replacing. We wanted stylish, comfortable chairs that were more than just your run of the mill plastic patio furniture. We considered two other expensive options before I came across these. These chairs had everything we wanted along with a great price. We received them quickly but one had some damage (1 section out of 4 whole chairs). I called customer service right away. They sent a WHOLE new chair and sent UPS to pick up the damaged one. Way more than what I expected!! The assembly did take two hours for 4 chairs but it's easy assemble, just time consuming. Well worth it! The chairs look amazing around our fire pit and give us hours of comfort. Best purchase this season.

I was extremely excited when we set our chair plus bench up on our patio. They looked great and were comfortable. For the cost we expected quality. Unfortunately we left one cushion outside and it rained once. The fabric and cushion are now soaked! There is absolutely no water resistance to these cushions. Also prior to leaving one cushion outside we noticed staining on all of the cushions from the wood stain.
