so after waiting a month to receive after ordering, finally put it together and one of the leg supports is defective- two holes were not drilled so I can't put it together. With as many complaints as I have read on this series, and the decent recovery the company has done for those complaints, you should at least allow your customer service employees access to know if a part is available. I called to request a replacement and was told it would be 3-5 days before I get an email to tell me if the part was even available. Seriously- 3-5 days before I know if a part is available?!?!? Get your act together and do a better job of QC so other customers aren't disappointed when they put their furniture together.
