I agree with the other reviewer as far as the tabs being incorrectly sized, although mine is quite different than the one shown. Perhaps they realized their error and tried to adjust the design because, as you can see in my photo, the date opening is smaller. It does bother me that it's still not small enough to only show one number and the day tab is too small but it's still a great looking piece and World Market's price is significantly less than I've seen it elsewhere. One particular online shop "painted fox home" wanted $40 MORE for the exact same calendar!! I wouldn't be surprised if they buy them in bulk from WM!! ;)

This would be cute, but the proportions of the sliders are way off.
Some of the days of the week are too long for the slider, so several letters are blocked. And the slider for the days should be much smaller, to only show the relevant day.
If I'd been able to see this in real life, or read a review, before I bought it, I definitely wouldn't have bought it. Very disappointing.
