Rated 5 out of 5 by TOM EDMONDS MULLING SPICE COOKING GET A BRINING BAG PLACE A COOKED SPIRAL CUT HAM IN THE BAG POUR THE MULLING SPICE OVER THE HAN THEN POUR A BOTTLE OF APPLE CIDER OVER THE HAM.LET IT SOAK TURNING IT WHEN YOU CAN. SET THE OVEN @325 PUT THE HOM IN A BAKING PAN POUR THE MULLING SOLUTION OVER IT AND BAKE 1 3/4 HOURS 9 1/2 POUND HAM. REMVE FROM THE OVEN CAREFULLY .POUR MAPLE SYRUP OVER THE HAM LIFT IT SLIGHTLY TO GET SYRUP INTO THE CUT AREAS. BAKER 15 MORE MIUTES. TOM EDMONDS BAKERSFIELD,CA 93312 November 21, 2011
