I had a Kitchen Aide mixer, loaned it out and suddenly it was broken. I could not afford another right away as they are an investment. I thought I'd try this one, it was recommended in Rachel Ray's magazine and boy was this a great idea! I love the size- small enough of a foot print not to take up too much counter space, but still large enough to mix without a problem. It has turned out to be just as much of an investment as my Kitchen Aide, but without the huge price tag.
