Setup: Bookshelf arrived in one large (95 pound) box. Set up was easy, required minimal tools, took about 20 minutes and was painless to complete with only one person.
Thoughts: I do think it is a good buy - compared to similar style pieces - great price, for an usual look. We live in a 100+ year old rowhome - the legs have a nice feature of being able to adjust, if your floor isn't 100% level. We are using this book shelf as a media center - and I give it an okay for this purpose. That being said - I thinks this works better as a buffet or bookshelf (as the wires don't look particularly great running around the shelf).
Summary: If you like the style - this is a nice piece for the price.
