Assembly was easy. Feels solid and durable. Could be better quality fill in the pillows and cushion but overall good value for the price.
I'm very pleased with the slipcover, and will be purchasing a second one in a different color in a few weeks. After seeing this shade instead of the pale ivory color of the original slipcover, we feel as if we have a new piece of furniture because the difference is so great. In a way, it's almost amazing.
This is my third cover for the daybed and I really love the color of this one. The fit is very good.
I needed to buy a new slipcover after my original slipcover's zipper broke. I wanted it to be darker in color since white is difficult to keep clean - and selected this indigo slipcover. Unlike stated in the page details, this slipcover is machine washable - cold, gentle cycle using non-chlorine based detergent and dried on gentle cycle. I love the color of this slipcover, it's like a dark denim and the fabric seems to be heavier duty than the first slipcover. Looks really nice so far - I plan to scotchgard it so it stays that way.
I ordered this cover in hopes that it was a dark/navy blue. It's not. It was hard to tell with my monitor, and none of our local stores had it in stock, so I took a chance. I would call this a blue gray (i.e., colonial blue or french blue). It looked like a nice sturdy twill type fabric and I would have kept it had it been the color I need. I may end up purchasing an inexpensive queen futon cover in navy elsewhere (for the length) and cut it down to fit. We'll see how that goes...
