This is a staple in my family, and it's not always easy to find it in the states. Fantastic on meat, especially chicken, to add extra flavor to veggies, or in soups. Really, on anything. Thank you World Market!

I love Vegeta!!! It is better than bullion because it has other vegetables in it and you can regulate how much you want to add easier because it flows through your fingers like salt. Plus it isn't clumpy like bullion. I love the flavor & put it in almost everything I cook!!! Can't cook without it!!!

We use this when dry roasting vegetables; a quick spray of Pam and a sprinkling of Vegeta and you have yourself a quick healthy tasty vegetable dish. Its a great base for soups too!

This item has more flavor than just regular boullion. I used in place of salt so it wasn't really a problem. You just really have to be mindful that it is salty. I will definitely be trying it in other recipes.
