Rated 5 out of 5 by qtpauline I love this Item! I got this for Christmas last year as a stcoking stuffer and has it been worth its weight in gold! In the past I would not open a good bottle of wine because I only wanted one glass and the rest would be waisted however with this item I have been able to wait a week before enjoying another glass from the same bottle and it was perfect. Make sure to get a couple of extra stoppers so if you have a couple of different bottles open you can save all of them. December 3, 2010

Rated 5 out of 5 by Juicy Burger It works just great I often don't serve an entire bottle of wine. It's a shame to let good wine oxidize. A good red especially tastes better the next day after being opened and under a vacuum. Vacu Vin is only going to extend the life for maximum of 4 days, but without a vacuum, you have 1/2 that long before deep sadness sets in at having wasted a great glass or two. I'm buying a second one now, and a couple more of the caps to have at another location where I have a few bottles. October 8, 2010

As a single person, I like the occasional glass of wine, but don't want to waste the rest of the bottle...this is a PERFECT solution! Using the device is very easy and the compact size of the top still allows the bottle to fit in the fridge. I have layed a bottle on it's side and no leakage as long as you have secured a full vacuum. June 17, 2010
