Why We Love It

Expert tea blenders select only the finest leaves for each and every cup of Typhoo Tea, ensuring the same satisfying flavor Brits have come to expect for over 100 years. Launched in 1903 by Birmingham, England grocer John Sumner, and originally sold as a cure for indigestion, Typhoo is still one of Britain's favorite teas.

Very good! A few weeks ago I ordered three different brands of English Breakfast tea and Typhoo was among them. It is delicious, let me tell you. It has only been a few weeks and I'm already starting to run out! I bought regular-sized boxes of each just to sample, but Typhoo will be one that will be ordered in bulk from now on. It's delicious with a splash of milk and some sugar. Smooth and comforting, for sure. February 1, 2013
My daughter-in-law loves this I ordered this Ty-phoo tea as part of a Christmas basket I did for my daughter-in-law. She loves this tea. World Market has good prices and prompt shipments. I find a lot of English items in World Market's store and on their website. January 25, 2013
Best tea ever My son brought this back from England and until I found it there, I had to do without until his next trip. It is by far the smoothest, most carmel like taste of any of the English teas. Thank you for stocking it! January 23, 2013
Best tea I ever drank We make a big jar of "sun" tea and keep it in the refrigerator. Also, we put water and tea in jar and microwave for 1 minute and then refrigerate. It's always ready in our house. June 8, 2011
