great chairs easy to assemble look rich comfortable good value chair is great no problem with assembly excellent service quick delivery December 30, 2012
Comfy and nice looking These chairs were a little difficult for my husband to assemble at first, but when he figured out the best position to attach the back to the seat (95 degree angle), the chairs came together just right. We bought them to go with the Laguno table set since the store didn't have the matching chairs available. It was a great choice because they are soooo comfortable and they look nice with the table set. April 8, 2012
BEAUTIFUL Chairs!! After searching, buying, & returning several different dining chairs, I found the perfect one! These chairs are absolutely beautiful! They look like leather, very elegant, tuscan/old world style I LOVE! Terrific price point! Can't beat it! Ended buying 8 (went to 3 diff stores to get them) I shld have given 4 stars, as they were a nightmare to put together, but the beauty & quality prevailed! My DH made the mistake of aligning all of the legs & pcs up to make assembly easy! Do NOT do that. Keep all pcs together w/ea chair. The end result was perfect though (after 2hrs & glued the legs as well). I read the reviews about a few w/kids & am hoping they last with my 8, 7, & 4 yr old. So far, so good after only 2 days! Wld be nice if they made one with arms too. November 20, 2011
sturdy and comfy I compromised on this chair. my husband loved it and I wanted something more rattan looking. the comfort factor won me over.plus they are a great shape for slipcovers if I get tired of the dark tuscan look (yawn)!!! We used it with the arcadia table and it looks great. also with 5 and 8 year old boys I'm happy to say the chairs wipe up perfectly. October 18, 2011
Wobbly These are cute, but were kind of a pain to assemble. Also, the legs scuff very easily and the legs constantly need to be tightened. Maybe it's because the first time I put in the legs I didn't put in the washers first and and the wood was of such poor quality it dented it. I've since put the washers in the right place and it still needs to be tightened at least once a money. It also feels really light and cheap to me now, but that's probably because I'm so dissatisfied with the fact that the legs scuffed up so easily and that the legs always need to be tightened. I am experiencing the exact same problem with other World Market chairs. September 22, 2012
Beautiful Chairs - Assembly is a chore! Bought eight - these are RIDICULOUS to assemble and I have assembled a ton of [@] stuff, kids toys, etc. I consider myself to be pretty good at assembly, these were just torture. They are very attractive chairs and seem well constructed. I hope they last well. I will never buy another assembly required chair. Ever. November 25, 2011
Looks beautiful, but won't stand flat We love these chairs - appearance anyway. When assembled, no matter what we tried, the legs were not balanced, and made for chairs that don't stand flat. Even the store model was this way, and I thought it was a fluke! Then we tried setting both up, and they both wobbled, even when we swapped legs. They have to go back, but I love these chairs!
