I am on my second Toddy coffee maker. My cousin introduced me to it years ago. I bought one and have never been disappointed in the coffee. It really does make the best coffee and could not be any easier. It is never bitter. It is strong so I can add milk or almond milk for the perfect chilly latte. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. :-)

I used to make and serve cold process coffee in the espresso shop that I manage. The cold process produces a product that is especially delicious when making iced coffee drinks. It tastes better than the espresso!! Our extractor was borrowed and we had to return it when its owner moved, I have looked for one for several years. Last Christmas I bought one for each of my adult children's households. They love it too! The cold process produces a low acid, aromatic, and delicious concentrate that can be used by folks with touchy stomachs. I dont, as a rule buy myself gifts at Christmas time, so I waited until I had some extra money and treated myself...lucky me!!

Product delivers exactly as advertised. It produces a much less acidic product, it made average coffee taste amazing.
I also approached it from a cost / benefit POV. The amount of concentrate produced a rough equliviant of $14 worth of iced coffee from the "big green machine", this was with a $6 bag of coffee. The best part of the whole thing is the product I produced tasted so much better than the other guys. On a $6 bag!!! If it's this good I can even spend $10, have amazing coffee, save money, leave 10 minutes later in the morning, hard to find a reason not to.
If I had to give one critique it's this: the steps that the process requires can seem a bit peculiar. It has the feel of something like "...and then stir 2 1\2 times counterclockwise with a wooden spoon. Its weird, both worth the effort.
Excellent product overall.

We bought the Toddy after our Tassimo stopped making iced coffee disks.
We had read about the cold brew method online, and discovered the toddy.
Though a bit time consuming since you have to steep overnight, the flavor is amazing!!
Your iced coffee is coffee house quality, every single time.
We're hooked!

I switched to cold brewed coffee because the flavor was so much better, but I had been using strainers, filters, and multiple containers to make it. So glad I finally got my Toddy! All in one container, easy to filter, easy to clean. I spend so much less on coffee now!

I have been drinking toddy since the late 80's and have had a toddy maker since the 90's before most anyone even know what toddy was, when I moved to Seattle I had to order the filters online because the coffee capital had never heard of Toddy. The carafe hasn't lasted the 20 years, but everything else has. Toddy has less acid than espresso and regular coffee and has worked well for me. I have at least 3 coffees a day. I have also introduced many people to toddy and most of them have gone on to buy this maker.

I have acid reflux and reluctantly had to stop drinking coffee until I remembered the Toddy Cold Brew coffee my mother and father used to drink. I bought a Toddy and started making the brew for myself. I can drink as much coffee as I want and NO ACID REFLUX! My friends all love my cold brew and are getting a Toddy for themselves. Thank you Toddy!

Great coffee maker. Easy to use. Improves the flavor. Would highly recommend. My other coffee maker is now just gathering dust.
