Rated 5 out of 5 by DuvalCrawler Great tasting iced tea This tea has a wonderful flavor - I never would have thought of mixing watermelon with mint before. I found, however, that in order to bring out the flavor, it needed to be steeped longer than the directions specified (or a second tea bag could be used). July 31, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Shea752 Barely Watermelon, Barely Mint I like my teas strong and fruity. I love cucumber watermelon drinks and thought this would be a good addition. I was wrong. I brewed 2 bags (2 quarts) and the result was weak (even weaker than the strawberry basil) I had to check to make sure I had used two tea bags and not one and I had. It didn't taste like black tea. It had a hint of watermelon and it smelled and tasted a bit like mint. Imagine 2 quarts of water with two mint leaves and a small slice of the wateriest watermelon (aka a pink one and not a RED melon) and this would be the result. I bought two canisters (16 bags) so I'll try brewing 3 bags for 2 quarts next time, but it's no longer worth the money if it takes 1.5 bags to make a quart. To those that like light teas (i.e. white peach teas) this is perfect, but I'm a southern girl so the stronger and sweeter, the better. May 19, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Jet5657 Okay Tea Thought the combination of watermelon and mint would be a great summer flavor for iced tea. It wasn't as minty tasting as I had hoped it would be and can't really taste watermelon. It is a nice mild tea. I like tea so will drink it. July 31, 2013
