Rated 5 out of 5 by Val84 Simply wonderful I followed the instructions that came with the tagine, which was to wash the lid and base in warm sudsy water before and after use. I hope that is sufficient and it doesn't break sooner than normal. Used it to make an Indin style lamb dish, and it cooked beautifully and was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed cooking in this novel piece of cookware. August 30, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by queenie101 excellent qaulity i ordered 2 of these ,i was very impressed by (1) the way they came wrapped so well , and (2)in a timely fashion and(3) the dish is so deep so you can make a big dish of moroccan stew or a good old fashion roast but it locks in the flavor , i highly recommend this ive seen (4)others go for a high price , so very good value . thanks world market ! Rated 5 out of 5 by ramcc I love my tagine! I have had it for a month and have used it with great results. I was very tenacious. It took months to have it sent to me. It was only available in-store for a long period. As soon as I heard it was available again online I ordered and received it. It is a wonderful way to cook chicken and rice, stews and my favorite dishes from Morocco. I am so happy I have it at last. It has to be soaked overnight, dried completely, seasoned and put into a cold oven. Then, set oven to 200F overnight. Allow to cool inside of oven until cool to the touch. If you put it on a surface cooler than it is it will crack. Never cook over 325F. It will crack. Good luck and I hope you will love yours as I do mine. It's big enough to serve four full entrees from. April 12, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by lovetocook awesome tangine This tangine is a wonderful and useful addition to my kitchen. Smooth glazed finish cleans up easily every time and looks like new. My favorite dish to prepare is Morroccan chicken (or lamb) and my kids LOVE it! The meat always comes out moist and tender and the veggies all blend with the meat juices to create a rich fragrant broth. I usually serve it over rice or sautéed polenta to absorb every drop. It accommodates at least a 6lb chicken which easily serves four. If you need to stretch the servings to six then use only deboned chicken or lamb. December 8, 2014

I'm looking forward to lots of great braises this fall. The first time World Market shipped this to me, I received the item broken. I called to ask if I could return it to my local store instead of shipping it back and they said to throw it away (they didn't want anyone getting hurt on the broken pieces) and shipped me a new one right away. It's rare to get such great customer service these days. It made me love the tagine even more! September 11, 2014
