I love these plates and at .99 they're perfect and cheaper than those plastic palettes.
I bought these in-store where they are sold individually and meet all my expectations. Because they are porcelain all the paints clean off easily. They are great for any kind of paints, whether it's watercolor or acrylic based. They are not too tall, like a bowl, and allow to wipe excess on the rim. I would recommend to other artists as well.

These tidbit plates are not as deep as I thought they would be. I purchased them for almond cups in my office but they would better accommodate individual dipping sauces like soy sauce for sushi etc. Overall, a great deal for the set.
