Awesome and aromatic recipes! The recipes can easily be used in a large pot on the stove if you don't have a tagine and they are amazing. The chicken with apricots is probably my husbands all time favorite now and it got even better the next day as the flavors blended even more. Suprising combinations of spices that pull the dish together and create a wonderful smell and taste. June 20, 2012
