I got these glasses for a house party and everyone (including myself) loved them. No one had trouble holding them and they aren't easily drop-able in the least. It turned out to be a pretty wild party and all of my glasses are in one piece, so they're pretty durable. I use them for day to day drinking now too, I just think they are really lovely glasses.

I definitely loved the way these looked! I bought them for my friend's wedding and they are pretty cool. I would totally suggest buying these IN STORE (do not pay the money for 2 day shipping as they will likely fail you, do not even pay to have them shipped as they were not packaged well, or taken care of during shipping) but not online.

These glasses are very nice, extra thick, and perfect for any party. The only complaint I have is that when I recieved them in the mail they were not packaged very well at all and there was 1 that was broken all to peices. So I only have 3 in my set now.

I just had a 1920s themed Halloween party with about 27 people. I didn't want to use plastic cups for enviro reasons and wanted a martini glass for the 1920's vibe. I shopped around and just couldn't find the glass I thought would work. I avoided the traditional stemmed glass thinking people would knock them over. Finally I found these and the price was right. I set them out for the party and EVERYone complained about the glasses! How hard they were to handle, they were easily knocked over and I actually had 2 people drop them because they slipped out of their hands! on to my wood floor, spilling appletini AND red wine all over. UGH. I have to agree, they were very very difficult to hang on to, because the base is so wide. SO back to the store they go. The only good thing was, the 2 that were dropped, didn't shatter! so heavy duty at least!
