Rated 5 out of 5 by Shea752 The King of Sriracha Not all sriracha are created equal! If you're going to purchase sriracha et Huy Fong Foods (the one with the rooster on it). It is by far the best. Ever. Period. I was first introduced to it at a sushi bar when a chef suggested I mixed my soy sauce with it instead of wasabi. I've been sold ever since. This stuff is great with sushi, pizza, shrimp, cheesy eggs, chicken, and much much more. The possibilities are endless. Anything that you would normally put hot sauce or tabasco sauce on try with sriracha instead. You'll understand why people hoarded this stuff when the factory was being threatened to shut down. The little green top dispenser makes it easy to add just the right amount of spice you want. August 30, 2014

I have used this in soups, chili, taco seasoning, nachos, mix it with sour cream for a chipotle - type kick to fries. It has replaced all other condiments. You can not lose with this sauce.
